Shipping and returns
Shipping Policy
Manifest Curls Natural Hair Care is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered from the shipping carrier. As the order is being placed the customer is responsible for providing their correct mailing address. After the order is then placed and shipped they will receive a tracking number and shipping carrier information.
Shipping Processing Time
After placing an order shipping takes about 3-5 business days. Keep in mind if there is a holiday or order on a weekend it may take about 5-7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your shipment please contact your shipping carrier.
Inaccurate shipping info
If your order has been placed and you noticed it has the wrong mailing address please contact us promptly via email at manifestcurlsllc@gmail.com so we can make the adjustment for you. Please include the following pieces of information so that we can help you upon request:
- Order number
- Correct mailing address
- First and Last name
*If a package is returned to Manifest Curls due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery they will be held accountable for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery fee. Manifest Curls Natural Hair Care is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to wrong or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer.
Retruns, Exchnages & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at www.manifestcurls.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless products are defective or missing.
If you receive items that are defective or missing:
Please contact us via email at manifestcurlsllc@gmail.com within 7 days from receiving your order if you received products that are missing and/or defective. Please include the order number, photos of the product(s) and shipping carrier information. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Return process:
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
At Manifest Curls Natural Hair Care, satisfying our customers with high quality products is our ultimate goal. Once an order has been shipped we will no longer be able to accept any cancellations or refund requests unless defective or missing.
Refund process:
All refunds will be credited to your initial form of payment. If you paid by credit, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. Please be patient as it can take some time to post back onto your account.
Damaged Products
If your product(s) gets damaged while being shipped, please contact us directly via email at manifestcurlsllc@gmail.com. Please include the following pieces of information so that we can help you upon request:
- Order number
- Email address
- First and Last name
- Photos of damaged product(s)
This is only available if you purchased online at manifestcurls.com. Refunds for damaged product(s) are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You should receive credit within 4-7 days, depending on your credit card policy. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Canceling an order
As noted above, we do not accept any returns or exchanged product(s) but you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped or packaged for shipment. Please contact us via email at manifestcurlsllc@gmail.com if you have further questions.
