DAILY USE: 


Apply oil to the palm of your hands and massage throughout your hair (15-20 drops). You might want to use more if your hair is thicker and longer or use less if your hair is shorter than 10 inches (10-15 drops). Rub from root to end massaging throughout the scalp. 

 

HOT OIL TREATMENT:

 

Once a week apply 15-20 drops to roots. You might want to use more if your hair is thicker and longer or use less if your hair is shorter than 10 inches. Massage the scalp gently then apply 15-20 drops from top to bottom and rub throughout hair. Place a cap over your hair and leave in for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse.
